Leslie Groves was an officer in the United States Army Corps of Enginners.  He directed the construction of the Pentagon and oversaw the legendary Manhattan Project.  The Manhattan Project developed the atomic bomb fr use during World War II.  A Leslie Groves autograph is an interesting conversation piece.
